“My motivation to serve as Judge in District Court is rooted in my deep commitment to children. Growing up in Alamance County, I was keenly aware of the varying circumstances children experience in our community. I know not all children are as blessed as I was and continue to be. From the bench, I can look out for them and make a difference. As a judge, I make life-changing decisions for children, parents, and families. I always center the well-being of children so that they have the greatest chance of growing up safe and healthy with as many opportunities to thrive as possible.”
